Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dead Unicorn Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Glowzy AI mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Glowzy AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial features and provide personalized beauty recommendations. The App offers face scanning, feature analysis, and tailored beauty guidance based on your unique characteristics.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Responsibilities

When using Glowzy AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your profile
• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal beauty analysis
• Not upload images of other people without their consent
• Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dead Unicorn Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any images you upload to the App. However, by uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze those images solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Glowzy AI may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

The beauty recommendations provided by Glowzy AI are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be considered professional beauty, medical, or health advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for personalized advice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEAD UNICORN INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dead Unicorn Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account and data at any time through the App settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
